The HydroCab 12 is a 2.5m3 per hour, 5 kg per day hydrogen production system incorporating 5 * EL4.1 modules, a water tank module and a Dryer. This is an indoor/outdoor cabinet based and can be used outdoor and paralleled to meet the capacity required. The main characteristics are:
At the heart of our modularity concept lies the AEM Module five AEM stack modules are electrically connected in series and mounted into racks. Multiple racks are then connected in parallel to a centralized electrolyte circuit.
The HydroCab 12 has 5 modules. Each Module is powered by individual power supply units (PSUs) and can operate independently in the range of 60 ─ 100% of nominal production or be on/off. This ensures optimal operation at different load levels. The regulation of hydrogen production based on load is managed automatically by the on-board EMS.

All stacks in the systems are monitored. Should a stacks failure be determined, the corresponding string is automatically turned off and isolated from the system. Then the defective stack module can then be safely and easily replaced while all other strings maintain operation.
The EL 4.1 module sits at the heart of all Enapter’s multi-core electrolysers has been engineered to allow a fast and easy replacement to reduce system downtime. The H2 -out as well as the electrolyte -in & -out connectors are located on the front, while the power & data quick-connector is located on the rear. This design, coupled with the small size and weight (~20 kg) of the module, enables quick stack replacements without needing heavy machinery.
The HydroCab 12 can be initially equipped with a lower number of modules for a lower initial hydrogen production rate. This approach will allow fast and cost-effective on-site upgradability up to the maximum ~5 kg/day of hydrogen production per cabinet.
These cabinets can be “parallel-ed”
to provide what ever capacity is needed
Hi-Pro Nexus 1000: This is a well-known 1 MW system, producing 450 kg of H2 daily, offering high-performance and reliability for green hydrogen projects.
Hi-Pro Nexus 500: This smaller variant offers the same cutting-edge technology and reliability with a capacity of 500 kW and produces 225 kg H2/day.
We have recently introduced the Hi-Pro AEM Flex 120, a skid mounted 53kg per day system which is used for some integration projects such as manufacturing and heating applications in addition to natural gas blending.
